MISSION

Manage and optimize the brand’s digital user experience across app and web platforms, designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces that drive conversion and retention.

Be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and usability improvements, ensuring consistency, functionality, and alignment with business goals.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the brand’s app and website.

• Create user interfaces aligned with the brand’s digital identity system.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Conduct usability testing and propose improvements based on user behavior.

• Design reusable components in Figma for the account’s Design System.

• Propose UX improvements based on analytics data and business feedback.

• Support the design of emails, push notifications, and Marketing Cloud communications.

• Document design specifications for handoff to development.
