Summary:
In UX/UI Design*, you will work with an interdisciplinary team to create user-centered digital experiences—from initial analysis to the final concept. Working closely with experienced senior colleagues, you will bring structured thinking and strong conceptual skills to complex projects and actively contribute to the quality of our digital products.

Description:
Your responsibilities

• Research and analyze user needs with a customer-centric approach, and translate them into well-founded UX concepts and strategies.
• Develop cross-device UX/UI concepts for apps and websites.
• Create customer journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Prepare concept presentations and facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Implement complex projects in close collaboration with senior designers and cross-functional teams such as Development and Product Management.

What YOU bring to the table

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a digital agency.
• A college degree or comparable training in media design, interaction design, information design, interface design, or a similar field.
• Proven ability to successfully conceptualize and design digital applications and mobile apps.
• A solid understanding of the technical structure of websites and digital products—you know what is feasible in implementation and think in terms of viable solutions from the very beginning.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems, as well as a strong understanding of systematic, scalable design.
• Confident, experienced use of common design tools such as Figma or Adobe CC.
• In-depth knowledge of common UX methods, agile working practices, and established design workflows.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Perseverance, high standards of quality, team spirit, and openness to new, innovative approaches.
