Descripción del cargoEn VML Colombia estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) UX/UI Designer para diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario, alineadas con objetivos de negocio y estándares de usabilidad.Este rol será responsable de conceptualizar, diseñar y optimizar interfaces digitales funcionales, intuitivas y visualmente atractivas.Trabajará de manera colaborativa con equipos de tecnología, creatividad, estrategia y producto.

Responsabilidades del cargoDiseñar experiencias de usuario para productos y plataformas digitalesCrear wireframes, prototipos y mockups de alta fidelidadTraducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones centradas en el usuarioAplicar principios de usabilidad, accesibilidad y arquitectura de informaciónColaborar con desarrolladores para asegurar la correcta implementación de los diseñosRealizar pruebas de usabilidad y proponer mejoras continuasAsegurar consistencia visual y funcional en todos los puntos de contacto digitales

Perfil que buscamosProfesional en Diseño, Diseño Interactivo, Ingeniería Multimedia o carreras afinesExperiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de UX/UI en agencias o entornos digitalesDominio de herramientas como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch o similaresConocimiento en investigación de usuarios, user flows y arquitectura de informaciónComprensión básica de desarrollo frontend (HTML, CSS, responsive design)Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y pensamiento centrado en el usuarioHabilidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamentePortafolio que evidencie procesos de diseño y resultados
