Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Research Planning & Execution: Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.
• Data Analysis: Analyze research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate user insights into product development.
• Reporting: Present research findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports and presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance research practices.

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX research.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in various research methods and tools.
• Experience with remote research tools and platforms.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
