How you can help make a better world of work

Culture Amp is looking for a UX Research Operations Assistant to manage user research recruitment, incentives, tool licensing, and documentation. You’ll help UX Researchers, Product Managers and Product Designers conduct high-quality qualitative and quantitative studies that shape the evolution of the Culture Amp platform.

Please note: This is a part time role requiring availability for 3 days per week across Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (we are open to flexibility across other days).

To be part of this team of amazing humans,

You will

• Manage end-to-end user research participant recruitment pipeline via Intercom, including timely collaboration to clarify research requirements and coordination of in-product messaging with platform owners.

• Maintain and process recruitment participant incentives using the Sendoso platform and track spend against the quarterly budget.

• Manage licenses and contracts for key tools Figma and Mobbin, including managing access requests, usage and seat allocations within contract limits, approving new seat requests, and working with stakeholders to define annual and quarterly contract needs.

• Assist Researchers and Designers to set up user cohorts for targeted recruitment using Amplitude

• Conduct monthly CSAT reporting by extracting qualitative feedback from Intercom, cleaning the data, and uploading it to Pendo.

• Ensure high-quality research documentation by regularly reviewing and updating ways of working, instructions, and reports in the team's Confluence space.

You have

• Experience in administrative duties, project management, and process improvement (any experience supporting a UX research or design team is a bonus)

• Accountability and a passion for effective and timely internal and external communication

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working with distributed teams

• Strong workload management and prioritisations skills

• Good working knowledge of Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and strong ability to adopt new tools.

• Experience working with Intercom, Amplitude and Pendo would be an asset
