• User Experience 사업부의 KOEM(현대자동차) 관련 국내·해외 모든 R&D 연구소의 연구개발에 대한 

  실적 vs 목표 관점의 예산·비용을 체계적으로 관리하고 분석

• R&D 예산 실적 vs 목표 관리 : 연간/월별, 연구소별/프로젝트 별 실적 대비 목표 (Actual vs Target) 분석

• R&D 비용 항목별 관리 : 인건비/외주·시험·시제품/설비·샘플비, R&D시간당 단가(Hour Rate) 산출·검증 등

[Project Controlling]

• 프로젝트의 전 단계(견적 ~ 양산 종료)에 걸쳐 프로젝트 수익성 관련 전문적인 지원과 가이드를 제공합니다.

• 프로젝트별 수익성(실적 대비 목표)을 산출하고 체계적으로 관리합니다.

• 프로젝트 전반의 리스크 및 기회를 모니터링하고 대응 방안을 제시합니다.

• 프로젝트의 내비게이터 역할을 수행하며, 팀이 명확한 방향성을 바탕으로 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

• 고객사의 요구에 대응을 위해, “영업” 및 “프로젝트 매니저” 팀이 AUMOVIO의 프로세스를 준수할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

[필수요건]

• 경영학, 회계, 경제, 재무 또는 기타 경영 관련 분야의 학사 학위 보유자

• 3~10년 이내의 유관 경력

• 숫자나 데이터 정리에 거부감이 없는 분

• 해외 여행 결격 사유 없는 분

[우대 사항]

• 영업/PM/구매/R&D 등 다양한 부서와 소통하며 협업하는 것을 즐기는 분

• 관리회계·원가·재무 지식을 바탕으로 한 강한 분석 능력 및 능동적·문제 해결 중심의 업무 태도

• 높은 주도성과 적극적인 업무 수행 자세

• 영어 커뮤니케이션: 실무 소통 가능한 수준 (이메일/미팅) 

• 분석/도구 역량: 고급 Excel, PPT, Power BI
