UX Designer to Deloitte Digital

The role

We’re looking for a UX Designer with around 2–3 years of experience who’s ready to grow their craft in a supportive, fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing—working alongside experienced designers, researchers, and technologists on real client challenges. You’ll sit in the mess early on, help shape direction, and then roll up your sleeves to make things real.

You don’t need to have all the answers yet. What matters is that you’re comfortable exploring problems, open to feedback, and keen to sharpen your thinking as well as your making.

On any given day, you might

• Translate research into clear user flows, wireframes, and design systems
• Sketch and prototype ideas across products, services, and platforms in a range of industries
• Join workshops and contribute ideas, questions, and perspectives
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and changing requirements

Present and rationalise design decisions to internal teams and clients

• Around 2–3 years’ experience designing digital products or services
• A portfolio that shows how you approach problems and learn along the way
• Familiarity with tools like Figma
• Comfort working with ambiguity and asking for help when needed
• Clear communication, curiosity, and a genuine interest in users
• Located in Stockholm
• Excellent oral & written skills in English.
• We work in a flexible hybrid model, combining remote focus with in-office collaboration.
