If you are passionate about designing user interfaces that solves the challenging problems users face and wow them with the simplicity and use of use, this job is for you. MindTickle is looking to add a rockstars 'Sr. UX Designer' to our team! As a ‘Sr. UX Designer' you are accountable for clean, minimal and engaging user experience of our web application and mobile application.

The responsibilities include:

• Understanding and analyzing user requirements to drive key design decision.
• Working closely with Product Management team to define scope and use-cases using prioritization frameworks.
• Designing information architecture and workflows for intuitive and effortless navigation.
• Deliver design solutions in form of design spec, taskflow diagrams, wireframes and HTML ready UI.
• Follow iterative and lean UX approach while designing features.
• Maintain a very high standard of user experience.

• Has experience creating information architecture, flows, story-boards and wireframe to visualize solution.
• Exceptional visual design, typography and user experience design skills.
• Experience with agile development processes and entrepreneurial attitude towards getting things done.
• 3+ year experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• In-depth understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Hands on with tools like Balsamiq, Moqups, Photoshop or Sketch for wireframing and design.
• Visual portfolio to showcase previous work.
