Job Title: UX Designer

Experience Level: 8-10 Years

Experience around 8 years+ Experienced in UX wireframing candidate should have experience in Figma - mandatory Should have good experience in driving workshops with global customer for understanding the user experience and customer journey Experience in Financial Services, Investment banking experience is a big plus Should posses good communication skills Should be willing to work in UK Shift timing Should be willing to travel to customer office.

Job Summary: As UX Designer, you are responsible for designing, applications, conducting user studies, evaluating the issues with the user journeys and create the best experience for the applications that you design.

Skills and experience:

• Core Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, etc

• Capability to conduct exploration, dissect data, and drive design opinions

• Knowledge of web development technologies is a plus

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with responsive design across platforms

• Attention to detail Knowledge of industry tools such as CSS, HTML

• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

• Nice to Have: Creative and analytical approach Strong knowledge of design principles, color proposition, and typography
