Job Overview - UX Designer:
Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Designer who can leverage an existing design system to deliver intuitive,
scalable user experiences. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and
cross-functional stakeholders to rapidly iterate on solutions while balancing user needs,
business goals, and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
 Design user-centered experiences using the existing design library and established UX
standards
 Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into
wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
 Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify requirements and align on UX direction
 Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and business priorities
 Ensure consistency and scalability by adhering to and contributing to the design system
 Produce detailed Figma files with clear specifications for engineering handoff
 Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
Required Qualifications
 3+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
 Demonstrated experience working within established design systems
 Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design libraries)
 Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineering teams
 Strong understanding of technical implementation constraints (front-end frameworks,
responsive design, system limitations)
 Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
 Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in agile product environments
 Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
 Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React or similar)
 Experience conducting lightweight user research or usability testing
