Job Description

Who You Are

We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team and take ownership of design across our consumer-facing product and internal tools. In this role, you will shape user experiences end-to-end - from research and discovery through to polished, production-ready designs - while also contributing to and maintaining our design system. If you bring a user-centered mindset, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

• Plan and conduct user research, usability tests, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback and translate it into effective design solutions

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs for consumer-facing and B2B products

• Build, maintain, and evolve the design system across all product surfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to deliver features in an Agile, fast-paced environment

• Clearly communicate and document design concepts, rationale, and specifications to cross-functional stakeholders

• Identify and address UX gaps proactively, balancing usability, usefulness, and visual quality

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices and translate them into actionable design improvements
