Roles & Responsibilities :
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors
• Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UX documentation
• Drive harmonization of user experiences across all subsystems
• Conduct usability testing and surveys
 
Educational qualification:
B.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent
 
Experience :
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design thinking
• Person with industrial/power/energy automation experience
Experience - 8-10 yrs
 
Nice to Have
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design
