User Experience (UX) Designer - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

Java/JavaScript; Python; Splunk; Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, TerraForm); Systems Integration; Linux (CentOS, Red Hat); Gitlab experience; Atlassian Jira, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Pen Testing, Splunk, Nutanix, Linux, Windows

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required::
• Must be a US Citizen.

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.

• Eight (08) years of direct/relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

• Experience with UX design and front-end development for an Agentic Knowledge Management System.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to write and maintain front-end code for implementing UX designs and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.

• Develop and maintain UX documentation, including design guidelines, style guides, technical plans and milestones for UX deliverables, and user guides.

• Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs.

• Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop front-end components using modern web technologies.

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services.

• Ensure front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have::
• Interfacing with Restful services; Java Scripting; Bash Scripting; Jenkins; Rancher/Kubernetes; Docker; Airflow; Data Science/Machine Learning
