The job

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planning, executing, and scaling web user acquisition campaigns across Paid Social channels, with a focus on high-intent, converting traffic

• Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation

• Collaborating with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assets

• Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity

• Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations

Must have:

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments

• Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat)

• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV

• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities

• Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation

• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English

• Market research and competitors analysis

Nice to have:

• Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking)

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web

• Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with server-side tracking, privacy-compliant measurement setups (e.g., Consent Mode, enhanced conversions)

• Experience with automation tools for testing and campaign management

Salary range from 3800 EUR
