Overview:
We are seeking a Photo Booth Specialist to join our team at O'Brien. This role involves operating our advanced 360° photo booth to capture high-quality images of used vehicles for our online listings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that the photos accurately represent the exterior and interior of each car. You will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles are prepared, photographed correctly, and the images are ready for online display.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Preparation & Inspection:

Inspect and prepare vehicles for photography, ensuring they are clean and presentable.

360° Photo Booth Operation:

Utilize the 360° photo booth and accompanying app to capture comprehensive images of each vehicle, including exterior, interior, and close-up shots of specific details (scratches, dents, or other features).

Operate the photo booth technology smoothly, ensuring that all images are high-quality and in line with company standards.

Attention to Detail:

Review all images after capture, ensuring they are clear, properly aligned, and accurately represent the vehicle.

Retake or edit photos as necessary to meet quality and consistency standards.

Organization & Record Keeping:

Track and document the status of vehicles and their associated photos, ensuring everything is processed in a timely manner.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate with the detailing team to ensure the cars are prepared and ready for photography in a timely manner.

Coordinate with management to ensure vehicles are photographed and uploaded to the online inventory without delay.

Technology Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot basic technical issues with the photo booth or app and escalate any major issues to the appropriate team members.

Maintain Clean Work Environment:

Ensure that the photo booth area is clean, organized, and free from distractions.

Ensure the vehicles are parked and staged in an optimal manner for photography.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and consistency in vehicle photography.

Experience with photography or using photo booth technology is a plus, but not required.

Comfortable using mobile apps and basic computer software.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills to track and manage vehicle photography.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items (such as vehicle cleaning supplies) as needed.

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to varying weather conditions while managing vehicle flow.
