Schedule: Monday through Friday - 10 am to 6 pm PST

Position Purpose
As a Follow Up Pet Health Coach at Farmina North America, you will be responsible for driving sales through supporting pet parents to manage the health and well-being of their pet. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about pets and nutrition. You're equally organized, efficient, and a self-starter that is looking to grow with Farmina in North America. This position will report to our Senior Customer Service Manager in North America.
Requirements
2-3 years' experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Administrative and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work under pressure while handling high volume workload
Able to work independently
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
Support a minimum of 40 pet parents daily by providing solutions while ensuring the pet parent is satisfied.
Learn to identify customer needs to recommend the appropriate product and service offerings.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, SMS, etc.
Provide clients nutritional and product support including but not limited to sending custom feeding plans (nutritional plan), creating condition sheets, and invite users to download the Farmina Genius App.
Assist Senior Customer Care representative with other follow-up related projects.
