🏡 About the Role

Join our lending team as a Live Underwriter. You’ll evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Review loan applications & financial docs
• Analyze credit, income, tax returns & DTI ratios
• Prepare underwriting summaries & recommend structures
• Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Reconcile accounts & prepare daily aging reports

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1–3 years underwriting experience (manufactured housing preferred)
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
• Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
