US Recruitment Manager-
Location: Mohali (On-site)
Shift: 09:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST
About the Role-
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Head of US Recruitment to lead and scale our US hiring operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, sales-focused environment. You will own full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and specialized positions, and build a high-performing, aggressive recruiting team capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable impact.
This is not a theoretical role—you must have real, hands-on experience running end-to-end US recruitment, designing ATS workflows, setting KPIs, and hitting ambitious targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Sales & High-Volume Recruitment
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles.
• Build high-velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed.
• Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent time-to-fill and conversion metrics.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, competitive sales positions.
2. Team Leadership & Performance
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team capable of executing high-volume recruitment with precision.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, track recruiter performance, and enforce accountability.
• Conduct Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence.
3. Process Optimization & ATS Setup
• Design, implement, and optimize ATS workflows and dashboards for tracking productivity, pipeline health, and metrics.
• Refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality.
• Establish structured SLAs, evaluation scorecards, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Management
• Partner with US leadership and department heads to define role briefs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Communicate proactively on pipeline health, challenges, and risks.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for all US recruitment outcomes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8+ years in US recruitment, with experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales hiring and leadership positions.
• Proven team-building and leadership skills—able to manage large teams, mentor recruiters, and instill performance culture.
• Strong experience with ATS systems setup, reporting, and automation.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with US stakeholders.
• Highly aggressive, confident, and results-driven—you take ownership and push the team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Benefits:
• Lead a strategic US recruitment function from the ground up.
• High visibility role with direct influence on organizational growth.
• Opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy, team culture, and process excellence.
• Competitive compensation aligned with senior leadership expectations.
