We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented administration aficionado to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an organization guru. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes, while managing US People Operations and supporting teams across different regions.

Day in the Life

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for both US and PH employees

• Oversee and maintain employee documents and records in systems such as Rippling and Paylocity (HRIS), Deel (Payroll), and Lattice (Performance Management)

• Support and manage US People Operations, including benefits administration, compliance documentation, and coordination with local vendors and service providers

• Field and respond to employee questions and concerns with professionalism and care

• Work closely with US People Operations Manager, PH People Operations Specialist and PH Site Leads

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in US HR, People Operations, or Administrative support role

• Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes across multiple regions

• Passionate people person who values creating positive employee experiences

• Efficient, thoughtful, and personable communicator—both written and verbal

• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment

• Able to work 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time

• Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila
