*Working on direct IT/ Engineering client requirements on a day to day basis.
*Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for State & Federal Clients in the US.
*Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
*We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
*Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on Direct Clients.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in IT/Engineering recruitment, specifically for US-based roles.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT landscape, including various technologies, roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, etc.), and the required skills for each.
• Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate documentation of all recruitment processes.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
