US IT Recruiter (India-Based Candidates) – US Eastern Shift | Remote (India)
Note : This position is for Indian candidates

Job summary :

We are expanding our team and hiring for US IT Recruiter to support our growing staffing needs. We’re looking for experienced professionals who can drive sourcing, engage top talent and support recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

Experience: 2–6 years in US IT Recruitment

Strong understanding of US staffing and hiring processes

Good knowledge of US visa and tax terms (H1B, W2, 1099, C2C, GC, etc.)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet submission expectations

Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools

Evening Shift (Earlier US EST hours): 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM IST

This is a completely work from home requirement. The candidates will need to start ASAP and be willing to work until 3 PM EST (1:30 AM IST)
