Location: Hybrid role to either NYC Headquarters, Chicago, IL Headquarters or Boulder, CO Headquarters

Factor_, a brand of HelloFresh, is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Strategy to join our Product Strategy and Innovation Team. You will be responsible for driving growth to hit our ambitious product targets, including revenue, take rate and customer retention among others. You will be the product expert for your portfolio (encompassing both physical and digital product initiatives) and will execute the product roadmap for 2025, collaborating cross-functionally to lead high-impact projects.

You will...

• Lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact physical and digital product launches, proactively managing cross-functional interdependencies and aligning stakeholders across teams.

• Own and facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs), bringing analytical rigor, business acumen, and leadership presence to drive performance and strategic alignment.

• Be a strategic partner to Tech teams—crafting robust business cases for initiatives that require cross-functional investment, and influencing prioritization through clear financial and organizational rationale.

• Monitor and report on launch performance, surfacing insights and translating them into strategic recommendations that shape future business decisions.

• Leverage industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer research to guide product direction. Collaborate closely with internal research teams to unlock new customer insights and inform portfolio growth.

• Partner with Marketing to inform go-to-market campaigns and ongoing content strategy for your product portfolio.

At a minimum, you have...

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product marketing or product management preferably with a focus on subscription models or CPG industries

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Product Development, Product Strategy or other relevant field of study.

• Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices, including Tech, Product Strategy, and Performance Marketing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite applications (especially sheets & slides)

• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and success in collaborating with cross-functional teams

New York Pay Range
$145,800—$170,100 USD

Illinois Pay Range
$136,300—$159,000 USD
