About Our Client
Our client is a California-based healthcare provider specializing in Early Start programs, ABA, speech, and occupational therapy, supporting children and young adults through a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach. Founded in 2008, they are known for their strong, values-driven culture and commitment to quality care.
They are currently looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who specializes in hiring healthcare professionals such as therapists, clinicians, and clinical program managers, handling roles across ABA, therapy, and clinical leadership. The role goes beyond traditional job board sourcing, focusing on proactive talent pipelining and strategic job marketing across multiple platforms, while leveraging various tools and technologies to build and evolve more advanced, scalable recruitment systems to support the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare roles
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Verify candidate credentials including licenses, certifications, and work history
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and submit qualified candidates on time
Stay updated on US healthcare industry trends, compliance, and hiring requirements
Assist with offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience in US healthcare industry (Behavioral Health / Allied Health)
Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements
Experience using ATS and recruitment tools
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines
