A healthcare organization in Rutland is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Eligible or Board-Certified Urologist to join a collaborative medical team dedicated to providing high-quality urologic care. Position Overview
The Urologist will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. The physician will work closely with primary care providers, specialists, and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system
• Perform urologic surgical procedures and minimally invasive treatments as appropriate
• Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory results
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

Requirements:
General Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of an accredited residency program in urology
• Eligible for or able to obtain a Vermont medical license
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment

• Experience in general urology practice
• Interest in minimally invasive or advanced urologic procedures
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
