Position Overview
Madera Community Hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our expanding specialty care team. This position offers the opportunity to build and grow a comprehensive urology service while serving a diverse and rapidly growing patient population. The ideal candidate will play a central role in improving access to specialty care throughout Madera County and surrounding rural communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Perform a full range of urologic procedures, diagnostics, and surgical interventions
Collaborate with primary care providers, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Participate in shared call coverage as needed
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and hospital initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
California medical license (or eligibility)
Strong commitment to mission-driven, community-focused care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual preferred
