VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for IT Field Support Engineers for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skillset required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields.

• ITIL and MCITP certified is required.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is Mandatory.

• At least 5 Years of experience in the similar field.

Qualification and Common Skills:

• Works well individually or in a group

• Ability to work under pressure and time constrains

• Good communication and relation with end users.

Responsibilities:

• Server and workstation hardware setup and support

• Software installation and support

• Network setup and troubleshooting

• Customer relations

• Troubleshooting logic

• Operation support for Healthcare products.

• Timely reporting of activities and documentation

• Ability to work with and enhance the team

• Follow appropriate procedures, either software or Hardware, to resolve the issue

• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner. Appropriate customer facing dress required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month).

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Organizations in Qatar.
