Job Description

Release Coordinator

• In-depth experience in release management of a technology platform is required.

• Experience with application development release processes and tools is required.

• Experience creating detailed production implementation plans and performing mock dress rehearsals in a production release environment is desired.

• Strong working knowledge of IT operations and support organizations.

• Experience with other process frameworks and methodologies is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.

• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively in a matrixed environment.

• Proficient at working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

• Ability to use sound judgment.

• Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.

• Good written and verbal communication, organized thought processes, polite and respectful of others, adapts presentations to the audience – MUST
