Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Participate in the creation and execution of test scenarios, plans, and test cases

· Ensure traceability between product requirements, delivered code, and test case verification

· Identify, escalate, and report on issues related to quality

· Maintain expert functional and technical product knowledge

· Assess product risks and impacts and collaborate with development and product management to resolution

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a busy creative agency working with tight deadlines and multiple projects

· Experience testing Flash banners, email newsletters, and other Studio deliverables

· Extensive experience creating and maintaining test scripts 

· Hands-on experience using test and defect management tools 

· Understanding of software development life cycle and relevant quality assurance concepts

· Ability to analyze project requirements and compile test plans

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written

· Ability to work in a team in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
