Strong analytical background with a background in capital market (Trade Life cycle & Accounting).
• Business Analysis in regards to the project management life cycle. This will include Process Flows, Process Documentation, Current / Future States, Test Plans / Cases, Conversion and Implementation Strategies.
• Assisting in complex solutions with modifications and adaptations throughout the project.
• Analyzing, capturing and documenting requirements with effective communication to the business units being supported.
• Facilitating the client relationship, negotiating, monitoring, and updating internal services to ensure optimal results for the duration of the project.
• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions, utilizing best practices and methodologies.
• Writing detail oriented requirements in support of the Team Members to ensure deliverables are met within specifications.
The desired candidate will have:
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong time management skills, along with well-developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in a task and goal oriented team focus environment.
• A degree in business, commerce, economics and other related discipline.
• Preference will be given to individuals with a financial background and operations/technology experiences in derivatives.
