Job Description

1. Content Creation:

Write compelling and SEO-friendly Urdu content for property listings, brochures, and advertisements, social posts and scripts.

Create engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content related to real estate trends, market updates, and investment opportunities.

2. Marketing Support:

Assist in creating Urdu content for email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Urdu content for digital and print media (if required)

3. Research:

Conduct research on real estate trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to produce relevant and up-to-date content.

Stay updated on local real estate developments, especially in Gulberg and surrounding areas.

4. Editing and Proofreading:

Review and edit Urdu content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and guidelines.

5. Social Media Management:

Write Urdu captions, posts, and updates for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in Urdu.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in Urdu.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and persuasive content.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Urdu, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio of published Urdu content (real estate-related content is a plus).
