Job Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Vision Development: Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design aspirations for custom backyard remodeling and high-end renovations
Design Expertise: Offer both functional and aesthetic design recommendations that align with the client’s goals and project feasibility
Sales & Business Development: Generate and nurture leads, present project proposals, and close high-value deals
Project Feasibility & Execution Insight: Work effectively with engineers, architects, and trade partners to develop all necessary construction planning documents, to include a budget, approved permit, and visual build instructions for each trade
Relationship Building: Establish trust with clients by demonstrating deep knowledge of high-end residential design, materials, and construction processes
Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in luxury homebuilding, materials, and technology to offer clients cutting-edge solutions
Qualifications / Skills:
Five or more years in sales, design consulting, or project management within the custom home building or luxury renovation industry
Strong understanding of architectural plans, building materials, and the home construction process
Ability to coordinate between clients, schedulers, and construction trade partners for smooth project execution
Excellent social listening
Desired: Proven ability to close high-ticket sales and build lasting client relationships
Desired: Experience negotiating contracts and guiding clients through decision-making
