Summary

Windows Administration in addition to excellent communication skills.

This requirement is for experience Upgrade Technicians that possess a combined skill set of SQL Administration and Windows Administration in addition to excellent communication skills. The Upgrade Technician will work on upgrading end customers applications, compliant version within the defined project timeline. The Upgrade Technician will be responsible for communicating directly with client stakeholders including staff from IT Admin to CIO levels.

• New Product Release readiness and installation and upgrade

• Perform application installations, upgrades, and technical project leadership for existing and new customers.

• Providing technical guidance for Customers to strengthen their knowledge or technical skill levels.

• Strong Knowledge of software applications and operating platforms, storage area networks, business continuity and disaster recovery.

• 4+ years of experience in hardware and Microsoft operating system Management in a networked environment required.

Work Timing: 5:30 PM to 02:30 AM
