• Software Development: PHP (Laravel, Symfony), JavaScript (Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React, Angular, Node.js), Java (Spring), Python, .NET
• DevOps/System Administration: Amazon Web Services, Azure, Docker, Linux, Windows Server, Python, Bash
• Quality Assurance: UI testing, Backend testing, API testing, Unit testing, Automation testing
• UI/UX Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Invision, Figma
• Project Management: Some experience or zero experience but with a C1 level in English OR German
• Product Management: Some experience or zero experience but with a C1 level in English OR German
• HR/Recruitment: Some experience or zero experience but with a C1 level in English
• Marketing: Any position that we open will require substantial experience and a C1 level in English
• Sales: Some experience or zero experience but with a C1 level in English OR German OR French
• Technical Support/Customer Support: C1 (or worst case scenario B2) level in one or more of the following languages - English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, any of the Nordic languages

• If you do not have any experience and/or your knowledge for a given technology is basic, do not expect a high starting salary
• If you start with zero experience but do well, you can expect a great remuneration in a 1-2 years period
• We believe in personal and professional growth and will support you along the way with mentoring and/or internal training and/or paid courses or certifications
• We like remote working, but up to a certain percentage, so fully remote positions are not available in our company
• In some cases, we can invite a remarkably talented high school student (16+ years old) to work on a 4-hour contract (only for Software Development positions)
• As soon as you graduate from high school and plan to stay in Pazardzhik full time, you are free to apply to any position in the company that fits your skillset
• We've invested (and will continue to invest) a good amount of money in Pazardzhik and want to collaborate only with people that plan to live and work in the city at least for the next 3-5 years
