Your exact tasks will depend on your background and your role. Typical contributions include: 
• Bringing domain or technical expertise to customer projects, product teams or internal initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions 
• Driving improvement projects, automations or integrations that increase quality and efficiency
• Planning and running workshops, interviews or user tests to uncover needs and validate solutions
• Contributing to architecture, API integrations or test strategies where applicable
• Helping shape team culture, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Your profile – Your strengths:

• Enthusiasm for fintech and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
• Demonstrable experience or strong interest in one or more relevant areas (e.g., software development, product management, QA, sales, operations) and / or the finance, investment banking or wealth domain
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in cross-disciplinary, agile teams
• Initiative: you identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions and drive them forward
• Familiarity with agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban) and common collaboration tools
• Fluent / business fluent English skills; German is a plus
