Hexa started as eFounders in 2011 and has since become a leading startup studio, giving entrepreneurs the best chance to build outstanding companies. We have built over 40 companies, including Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, and Yousign, with a combined valuation of $4.5bn.

We specialize in software companies and have a strong track record in the Future of Work, fintech, health, cybersecurity, and AI. Now, we are targeting new exciting topics such as Climate, Edtech, and more. Expanding into these new areas means growing our Core Team to build the next generation of startups.

What it means to be part of Hexa’s Core Team

At Hexa, the Core Team is at the heart of every startup we launch. Rather than focusing on a single venture, each Core Team member works on multiple ventures in parallel.

For the first 12 months of each startup, we work hand in hand with founders, shaping their company from the ground up. This involves product development, design, go-to-market, recruiting, marketing, legal, and finance, giving them everything they need to build an independent, high-growth company.

Serendipity is key to building successful startups, which is why we all share the same office in Paris. Working side by side fosters rapid learning, quick iteration, and a deep sense of shared ownership over the companies we build.
Unlike traditional venture capital firms or accelerators, Hexa doesn’t just provide funding or advice—we co-build. The Core Team actively shapes the business strategy, helps navigate challenges, and lays the right foundations for scaling. Founders remain in the driver’s seat, but with the tools, network, and hands-on support to accelerate their journey.

What we are looking for:
• Strong expertise in one of our key areas: Deep expertise in one of the following domains—design, marketing, go-to-market, recruiting, finance, or legal—with the ability to contribute to various aspects of multiple ventures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion: A collaborative spirit with a strong drive to co-build startups, thrive in uncertainty, and take hands-on responsibility for growing multiple ventures simultaneously, including managing priorities and ensuring timely execution.
• Previous experience in a fast-growing company: Background in high-growth or early-stage companies, with a proven track record in scaling ventures.
• Location: Able to regularly attend our Paris office, where all team members work closely together.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teams and founders.
• Growth mindset: A proactive attitude towards continuous learning, personal improvement and actively seeking and integrating feedback.
