我们正在寻找一位对游戏充满热情的动画师，具备玩家同理心和研发责任心，认真对待玩家的声音，为Riot的新游戏注入活力。您将与团队紧密合作，通过动画的方式把我们的英雄和世界观呈现给我们的新老玩家，使之激动和振奋。

职责：

• 创作行业顶尖的游戏动画

• 独立产出符合角色个性和项目风格的动画资源

• 独立完成头发，布料等次级骨骼的制作

• 独立完成引擎中的动画导入和调试工作

• 在项目中自主工作，与不同的负责人和专业领域专家协作

• 在不影响艺术质量的前提下，及时完成项目截止任务

• 与团队保持持续沟通，包括给予与接受反馈并为团队提供明确的目标与成果

• 对动画外包进行指导和反馈

岗位要求：

• 具备较好的审美，有创建风格化动画的经验

• 具有扎实的人形动作类手K能力

• 5年及以上游戏动画制作经验

• 5年以上使用 Maya 的专业工作经验

• 热爱动作类游戏，注重玩家体验

• 熟练使用UE

• 具有优秀的执行能力，能积极配合项目节点

• 具有一定的动画设计能力

• 有完整项目经历，有至少一个游戏项目上线经验

• 熟悉《英雄联盟》IP及风格

加分项：

• 具有动作类游戏开发经验

• 熟悉面部表情制作流程

• 具有动捕的经验

• 有一款以上主流游戏的深度体验经验
