Description:

• Experience in Unix/Linux Support

• Atleast 1 years of application support experience

• Application ticket handling

• Prioritizing the tickets and impact accessment

• Analysing Alerts and incidents from Monitoring tools

• working on Bug fix and Triaging calls with stakeholder

• Experience with Autosys is a plus
