Designation: Technical Lead
-Responsibility: Works with a team to do everything from project requirement analysis to development to delivering the final product.
- The candidate will have to gather required data for a project, analyse it and design a solution for how the overall final product should be developed.
- The candidate will have to participate actively in the development and will have to tap into their knowledge from 2D design, 3D modelling, texturing, rigging and animation in addition to their main programming responsibility.
- The candidate will have to lead their team and define scopes of work for each member of the team.
- The candidate will have to interface with clients for any technical questions about the project and it's status.
- The candidate will have to employ strong problem-solving skills to deal with any unforeseen problems in the development cycle of the project.
- The candidate should be responsible for all the decisions he/she takes, without needing to defer to a higher authority, and should be able to hit the ground running.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience
- Must have excellent knowledge of game development tools and technologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be a quick learner, who is flexible enough to deal with any change in tools or IDE
- Must boast creative design skills to be able to maximize the quality of any product that he/she works on
