Als Unit People Partner (m/w/d) bist du Personalverantwortlich für eine unserer Product Units. Du bist Partner des Leadership-Teams auf Augenhöhe, gestaltest aktiv die Employee Experience und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer agilen Organisation bei.
• Strategische Partnerschaft: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Leadership-Team die Personalstrategie einer Product Unit und begleitest strategische wie operative HR-Themen
• Organisationsentwicklung: Du bist Teil des erweiterten Leadership-Teams und entwickelst Kultur, Struktur und die Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Umfeld
• People-Prozesse mit Wirkung: Du koordinierst und verantwortest die Umsetzung zentraler HR-Prozesse – von Hirings über Performance Management bis hin zu Vergütung – mit einem Blick für Wirksamkeit und Potenziale
• Employee Life Cycle & Talententwicklung: Du gestaltest die Personalplanung, Entwicklungspfade und begleitest Talente über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle hinweg
• Enge Kollaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Competence Centern und dem Chief People Officer zusammen – mit klarem Fokus auf Exzellenz in der Personalarbeit

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Organisation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer gestaltenden und strategischen HR-Rolle, idealerweise in einem agilen oder matrixorganisierten Unternehmensumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, Gestaltung moderner People-Prozesse sowie im Management des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
• Souveränes Auftreten, hohe Beratungskompetenz auf Augenhöhe mit Führungskräften und klare Kommunikation gepaart mit Moderationsgeschick – auch in komplexen Situationen
• Du denkst unternehmerisch, agierst pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und bringst strategische HR-Themen wirksam in die Umsetzung
