We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Corporate Credit Administration (Back Office) as a Unit Head, responsible for managing the complete post-sanction loan lifecycle within the core banking system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and accurate financial reporting across all corporate credit processes. You will act as the central point of coordination between multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of credit administration functions while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.

As a strategic leader, you will drive process standardization, strengthen compliance culture, and continuously enhance operational efficiency. The role demands deep expertise in credit administration, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage large teams while navigating complex regulatory environments.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end corporate credit administration processes, ensuring accurate booking, maintenance, and reporting of loan facilities in the core banking system
• Ensure smooth functioning of the CAD unit in alignment with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Stay updated with evolving regulatory frameworks and drive implementation of necessary process improvements and changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, legal, compliance, risk, finance, and audit teams to ensure seamless operations
• Lead impact analysis and closure of observations arising from internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
• Standardize processes across the unit to ensure consistency, efficiency, and control
• Drive operational risk reduction initiatives by implementing best practices and strengthening internal controls
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure delivery against operational and compliance goals
• Optimize costs and improve efficiency without compromising governance and control frameworks

• 15+ years of experience in corporate credit administration or CAD functions within a large banking environment
• Strong expertise in managing the end-to-end loan lifecycle and core banking system operations
• In-depth understanding of regulatory, statutory, and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience in leading and managing large teams (40–50+ members)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
• High level of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail in managing critical financial operations
