We’re a high‑end, fast‑moving interior finishes company with a close‑knit, people‑first culture — and our metals division is growing fast. We’re looking for a Union Metal Worker who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
TIG weld stainless steel, mild steel, and occasionally aluminum with consistency and control
Measure, fit, weld, grind, and sand weldments to create clean, finished parts ready for powder coating or other decorative finishes
Work with a variety of metalworking tools and light‑duty machinery, including (but not limited to):
Angle grinders
Drill press
Ironworker
Folder
Shear
Bandsaw
Chop saw
Collaborate with shop leadership to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe work practices
Support a wide range of custom metal projects for commercial interiors, architectural features, and specialty fabrication
What You Bring
TIG welding experience across multiple metals (stainless, mild steel, aluminum)
Hands‑on experience producing finished weldments — from fit‑up to final prep
Strong understanding of grinding, sanding, and shaping techniques
Comfort using common metal shop tools and equipment
A commitment to craftsmanship and pride in producing clean, accurate work
