Job Description

Recruiting Passionate Leaders! Trinity Grading is a Grading & Wet Utility Contractor looking for the best experienced Utility Foremen. Our UT Foremen are responsible for understanding plans and specs, OSHA, Company Safety policies, planning and achieving project schedules, monitoring and ensuring quality control, creating as-builts, recording daily project documentation using digital programs, and inspiring and leading their crews. Our foremen help create a customer experience that has the client ASKING us to come back.
