R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Underground Plumber to support our expanding commercial and residential construction projects.

Position Overview:

The Underground Plumber is responsible for the installation and maintenance of underground plumbing systems on commercial and residential projects. This position works closely with field crews and project management to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Install underground plumbing systems including water mains, sewer lines, and lift stations
Operate track hoes and other heavy equipment for underground installations
Perform above ground rough in and finish plumbing on commercial projects when required
Ensure all work complies with local and national plumbing codes
Coordinate with construction teams to meet project schedules and quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of underground plumbing experience
Strong knowledge of underground piping systems, storm drainage, and mechanical joint fittings
Proven experience operating a track hoe
Experience with above ground rough in and finish plumbing
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR, and background check
Strong communication skills and ability to perform physically demanding work
