Position: Underground Laborer

Typical Work Schedule: Monday – Friday. Hours may vary between 7am - 6pm.

Competitive Wage: $20 - $24 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

Repair or replace pipes and parts

Dig trenches by hand when necessary

Determine the correct tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete job

Assist with preparing cost estimates for clients

Help Lead Installer to ensure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes

Clean job site after work is completed

Answer client queries

Follows Lead Installer’s instructions

Regular, prompt, on-site attendance essential for physically installing equipment

Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2 years of labor experience preferred but not required.

Valid Driver's License

Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for insurance purposes.

Physical Requirements

Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, heavy lifting, digging and carrying.

Work in tiring and uncomfortable positions, around gas lines, outdoors

Exposure to extreme temperatures

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at times.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
