Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

Working in the After Sales department, this is an opportunity to join the Fleet & Field support team providing a wide range of administrative functions to our highly successful business. With responsibility for circa 600 company vehicles, you will be working as part of a team in a busy environment that strives to deliver world class service and support to both our internal and external customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing general administrative support to the after sales area and where applicable the department and business
• Processing orders and despatching items to field service engineers.
• Invoicing and processing of all fines
• Accurately track and report all Fleet related costs
• Facilitate the resolution of driver issues and requests
• Involvement in our project to transition our fleet of light commercial vehicles to alternative fuels in line with government legislation and our own internal sustainability targets.

• Must hold a full UK driving licence

• To have the ability to problem solve and implement effective resolutions
• To be customer focused, committed and highly self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to changing business needs. You must be able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment, be able to communicate your skills and cope with ever changing workloads & deadlines. Participates as full member of a team. Co-operate and work collaboratively with both internal and external personnel.

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours:

• 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
