The Notre Dame Mathematics Department is seeking an undergraduate student who will support the mathematics office during the summer of 2026 as a part-time student office assistant. This position is temporary for the summer of 2026 only. This position includes, but is not limited to, assisting with summer math conferences, preparing snacks for conference breaks, and general office work. 
• Current student at the University of Notre Dame or Saint Mary's College
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Previous office work experience would be preferred but not required. A strong desire to learn new skills
• Responsible, dependable, and willing to work with a variety of faculty members as well as conference attendees.
