Job description
• Assists in designing an interview script.
• Conduct one-hour, semi-structured interviews with faculty members of various ranks within the School of Computer Science.
• Assists in generating and analyzing qualitative data from interviews.
• Assists in preparing a report on research findings.
Other qualifying skills
• Curious, organized, conscientious
• Native-level English speaker
• Comfortable conducting interviews with Computer Science faculty members at McGill
Experience and Education
• Background in psychology of education or theory of education
• Training in qualitative research methods
• Prior experience working in a research lab
• Basic grasp of computer science (COMP 202, COMP 250)
