The position:
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Team Leader to join our team in Dunstable.

Working Hours: Any 5 out of 7 // 14:00-22:00
Salary: £31,861

Role of a Senior Team Leader::
Managing, developing and supporting team of Junior Team Leaders (JTLs) Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPI’s Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce Communicate key information on business updates and changes Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client Deliver against clients requests for working hours through booking extra or cancelling hours

As a Senior Team Leader, you will need to have::
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices Highly organised with strong planning and resource allocation skills Data-driven with strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
