UK - On-Site Coordinator

The position:

We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator who will be in charge of the operational delivery success and growth of one of our Job&Talent Global Clients.

Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 8 hours a day between 06:00-18:00

Salary: £28,000

Contract Type: Permanent

Role of an On-Site Coordinator: :
• Manage daily worker attendance, including check-ins/outs, absence follow-ups, and real-time headcount reconciliation against client requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client’s operational teams and the agency, ensuring shift coverage, volume changes, and priorities are communicated and executed accurately

• Provide on-the-ground support to temporary workers, address day-to-day issues, monitor performance and conduct, and escalate concerns in line with agency and client processes

• Ensure all deployed workers remain compliant with right-to-work, training, induction, and site-specific health & safety requirements before and during assignment

• Maintain accurate records of hours worked, incidents, productivity metrics, and attrition, supplying timely updates to internal stakeholders and supporting accurate payroll and invoicing

As an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have::
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal.

• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills

• Demonstrate attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks

• Problem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of MS Office and/or Google Workspace
