The Client are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intermediate Accountant to join their dynamic Accounts pod team. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting knowledge, a proactive mindset, and a passion for mentoring junior staff. You will play a key role in preparing financial statements using CaseWare, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and contributing to process improvements through innovative thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare financial statements and working papers using CaseWare.

· Apply strong technical accounting knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Review and provide constructive feedback on work prepared by junior staff.

· Supervise and support junior team members in their development.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team efficiency.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounts.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and best practices.

Skills and Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role. Experience in UK GAAP & FRS102 is advantageous.

· Proficiency in CaseWare and other accounting software.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

· Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)

Work Set-up:
Onsite/Hybrid/Work from home

Work Schedule:
Mid shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM PH time)

This position is exclusively open to Philippine citizens currently living in the Philippines. While remote work offers flexibility, please note that this role requires adherence to local regulations, making it suitable only for those based in the Philippines.
